Bringing an Infinity Mirror Room to the AGO
Picture a room where the walls dissolve into thousands of points of light, stretching further than the eye can measure. That's the experience we're working to secure for Toronto — a permanent Infinity Mirror Room installation at the Art Gallery of Ontario. This isn't a small purchase order. Acquiring, installing, and maintaining an immersive artwork of this scale takes real resources, and that's where this campaign comes in.
The Funding Goal
We're raising $850,000 to cover acquisition costs, custom gallery construction, climate-controlled housing for the delicate mirrored surfaces, and the first three years of technical upkeep. Every dollar has a defined purpose — nothing is going toward vague overhead.
Timeline
Fundraising runs through late spring, with fabrication and shipping beginning immediately after we hit the mark. If all goes to plan, the room opens to the public the following winter, timed to coincide with the AGO's evening exhibition series.
Where Your Contribution Goes
